1. What is the name and description of Product/Service? WHAT IS IT?

Name: Data-Merge, Inc.© Computer sales software geared to serve the Automotive Sales Industry. Slogan: “NO MORE HAND WRITTEN PAPERWORK” Saves time! Saves Money! Streamlines the sales process, Prints all forms associated to the car/truck sales process. Enter data once…all information is saved and all forms are printed. Professional, clean, clear, legible.

April 2002-November 2003 Design, Program, Copyright.
November 2003-May 2004 Testing software.
June 2004-Present date. Beta testing system in Dealership.

3. Customer Definition, Who are your customers?

Every New Car Dealership in the USA. Current count to date 23,582 new car dealers! Used Car Dealers and Independents could number as many as 50,000. Upcoming prospects would include Boat Dealers, Semi-Truck Dealers, RV Dealers, Motorcycle Dealers etc. Additional phase would include: writing Data-Merge in Spanish, French, German etc. (International capabilities)

4. Who are the top prospective customers and what would you want them to say about your Product/Services?

All major car dealerships, we would want them to say: Saves time and money and hours of valuable business time. Eliminates all HAND WRITTEN PAPERWORK! 100% legible documents. No more photocopied “sloppy” copies. Faster Process! All data saved. Faster Bank/lender approvals!

5. Product/Service Value : How does it help your intended customer? Time or cost savings? Additional revenue? Can it be quantified?

Data-Merge will provide faster deal (wrap-up time), faster closing time, Internet capable-available-usable. Eliminates the need for photo copies, eliminates hand written paperwork, eliminates illegible hand writing, expedites the sales process with all data & records retained. Each car transactions data is saved for future reference. All sales logs are retained and printable for dealers records. Credit privacy Act incorporated in system. Creates and prints all forms pertinent to each car deal, (i.e. Credit applications completed with customer data retained). Banks approve deals faster, saves time and money for all parties involved! Perfect paperwork everytime!

Unlimited capability and can be written in many languages, Marketed on an International level. Our first segment will be to focus on New Car Dealerships with-in the USA. (24,000 New Car Dealers)

How many customers exist today? How many will exist in 12 months? 24 months 24,000 Potential New Car Dealers (USA) Estimated 50,000 potential Used Car Dealers Approx. combined potential USA alone 74,000 clients! Mexico, South America, Canada, etc. The potential is endless. Will be written in many different languages!

8. Awareness & Distribution: How will your customers become aware of your business? How will they access and/or purchase your product/service?

NADA National conventions (Auto Dealer Shows). Direct contact/Sales force, Website, search engines, direct mail, magazines, Dealer newspapers, referrals, and the need to have! Data-Merge current Executive staff combines over 100 years sales, business and marketing experience in the automotive and business field.

9. Competition: What is the alternative product/service that your customers are currently using? Are there other companies that are developing or marketing a product similar to what you’re offering? If yes, how is yours better? How will you protect your customer base from other companies that enter the same space with your similar product/service? There is no known competition with this product/concept/system known to date. Data-Merge founder noticed a need to capture the most overlooked area in the automotive sales process “The Paperwork” time consuming repetitive, mostly not legible due to rushed time frames. Photo copies of photocopies, faded, twisted, blurred, and unreadable. Data-Merge prints every form every time with 100% of the data perfect everytime! “Time is MONEY!” We will protect Data-Merge with copyright © in place. 10. Management: Describe the experience and skills of the management team that is currently in place? If there is not a team in place describe the key skills and other contributions that are required to make this business work?

Nathan Bailey: (CEO/FOUNDER) 20 years Swimming Pool/Spa contractor Southern California. 1960’s developed/designed the first built-in-vacuum cleaner for Winnabego Motor Homes. Participated in development of the first oral evacuator used by every Dentist worldwide (worked with father on this project as a young boy). Owned operated Piggy’s Yogurt Fountain Valley California. Past 10 years in the Automotive Sales Industry, noticed computer software need and developed Data-Merge, Inc. April 2002.

Brenda Bailey: (CO-FOUNDER PRESIDENT) 4 Years TVI Business administration education. Eight years Hoffman Town Christian School State Certified Pre-K Teacher. President of Data-Merge, Inc.©

Andy Casias: (VICE-PRESIDENT) Fifteen years Business Management “Employee-Leasing Industry” HR experience, Workers Comp, Grocery Industry, and Sales totaling 26 years combined experience.

We are currently looking for seed start-up money to launch Data-Merge, Inc.© into the market area. Estimated start up first 12 months $2.5M up to $5M.
